Shut out distractions at the poker table

Poker is a game of focus on your cards, noticing little things of your opponents. People are easily distracted by surrounding sounds, other people in your neighborhood talking, avatars smiling at you at the poker table, other players chatting at you, the turned on TV etc.

Keeping your focus for more than 5 hours or more as the tournament enters the bigger money to be earned is very difficult. So shut out distractions, if you want to learn how buy my ebook.
