Psychology of poker & money

Today, a friend of mine asked about the difference between playing with money and without money. Eg: In many online poker sites you can play with the “play” money first and then if you would like, progress to the money tables. You see, poker, is very different from other games you see in casino in [...]

About

Dear Visitor,

Let me introduce myself. My name is Jake Smood.

I am not a poker pro or a guru but a guy who loves the game of online poker and wants to get the most out of it by playing it with fun and excitement. As I am not rich, I want to play and win consistently in tournament poker, don’t you?

I have played for 4+ years now and learned the game of poker by experience, after putting lots of hours in it. I won a few tournaments but also had bad periods of losing. Through my experience, I discovered how to get a positive return on investment.

You might not have the patience of four years to become successful in playing poker or you may have already started and losing lots of money, which most of the players do by the way. If this is the case, then I have  good news for you: I wrote down my own experiences of the last four years in an eBook (How to win in tournament poker) and started this weblog to share them and discuss the game of poker. That’s what it is all about in life: keep on learning and do it fast, gain from experiences of others and share.

The eBook is focused on multi table Texas Hold’em tournament poker or Sit&Go’s and is very easy to understand because I wrote it for players who are new to the game, or want to deploy a new poker strategy with winning tips. The good news is that you don’t have to read 200+ pages of difficult strategies and learning statistics before you can start. In less than one hour you will be up and running and can start playing winning poker. You can use this information to beat fishes, gamblers and sharks and finish in the prize money fast.

Also on the blog, I will discuss the results and things that happened at the poker tables during the tournaments we play. I’m so convinced that this strategy will work for you that if it does not, I will give the book to you for free with our money-back guarantee policy.

Looking forward to discussing winning poker with you!

Greetings,

Jake Smood
